about nik naks

aloha!

The idea for Nik Naks was born when I decided to combine my love of people and doodling in a fun, cute, and practical way. I was born and raised on the beautiful island of O'ahu in Honolulu, Hawaii.  I began doodling as a child and my passion for art has never ceased. Drawing is a hobby I love whether it be during my spare time, or to relieve stress. It's like going to a spa, but not paying $100 for it : )

I'm currently employed as a National Broadcast media TV/Radio Media Buyer for an advertising agency in Southern California,  my passion for making greeting cards has not stopped. 

My inspiration comes from my experiences with my younger sisters, inspirational parents, people I've met, my cool friends, and just ordinary people on the streets.
